About the Founder

Tania Jones, RN

FNS Solutions LLC was founded from a deeply rooted belief that during life’s most difficult seasons, people need people . The name FNS is inspired by the message of “Footprints in the Sand.” A reminder that during our hardest seasons, we are not alone. At FNS we believe housing should be more than shelter, it should be a place where individuals regain stability, rediscover strength, and realize they are supported even when life feels uncertain.

With over 20 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, Tania Jones has dedicated her career to serving individuals during some of their most vulnerable moments. Her work in high-acuity clinical settings has reinforced a powerful truth: when people feel safe and supported, they are better positioned to heal, rebuild, and move forward.

Through FNS Solutions LLC, Tania combines her healthcare leadership, community vision, and heart for service to create structured shared living environments designed to restore dignity and promote long-term stability. Her long-term vision includes expanding services to support young mothers and other vulnerable populations through future nonprofit initiatives focused on breaking cycles of instability and building generational strength.
